Study Physician

To help continue our growth and success, we are looking for a Study Physican to manage early phase studies in oncology

Main Accountabilities

As a Study Physician you will manage early phase (Phase 1-2) studies in oncology mainly focusing on immune-oncology. You will be involved in the design, conduct, data interpretation and reporting of individual clinical trials, ensuring that all clinical studies operate to the highest ethical and safety standards and in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.

You will have a strong clinical and specialty background in Oncology and have performed safety medical monitoring in early phase studies. You will provide expert scientific and clinical input to teams across the Oncology portfolio at invoX Pharma.

Vice President, Global Asset Development Team Leader - Oncology

To help continue our growth and success, we are looking for a Vice President, Global Asset Development Team Leader – Oncology to join our Clinical Development team. You will report into the CDO and, as a VP or SVP, be responsible for leading a cross-functional Global Asset Team taking a key oncology asset through phase II and III, through filing and beyond.

As invoX continues to grow, this is a compelling opportunity to work in a fast-paced business, base out of either our Cambridge or London office (Hybrid working).

Main Accountabilities

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer (CDO), the Vice President, Global Asset Development Team Leader – Oncology is a highly visible and empowered senior leader (VP or SVP) responsible for leading a cross-functional Global Asset Team (GAT) that is fully accountable for defining the asset development strategy and advancing global clinical development of an asset in partnership with internal and external development functions. The role may also require a level of mentorship to less experienced project leaders responsible for earlier stage assets working toward phase 2 proof of concept (POC).

Translational Scientist/Senior Scientist

To help continue our growth and success, we are looking for a Translational Scientist to join the Translational Sciences Team. The candidate will work with a dynamic team to design, implement, and interpret nonclinical translational in vitro and in vivo research to elucidate relevant biomarkers, mechanism of action and resistance, plus potential new disease indications and combinations of interest to invoX’s pipeline.

The candidate will also take part in providing recommendations for clinical biomarker endpoints pertinent to understanding of the molecule’s mechanism of action, PK/PD, clinical dose and patient selection as well as contribution to preparation of documentation required for regulatory submissions and external presentations.

Main Accountabilities

The role will primarily support Translational Sciences Team involving but not limited to:

  • Work closely with colleagues, external collaborators and CROs to develop, manage and analyze/interpret data arising from clinical and preclinical studies
  • Design and oversight of execution of translational in vitro and in vivo experiments to be carried out at CRO’s to address key questions arising from clinical trials and/or associated with clinical candidates currently being evaluated in clinical trials
  • Support the translational development of new early stage clinical programmes by providing scientific and technical input on as needed basis
